- Structural Design: Packaging structure design, mockup testing, and refinement
We also assist with file preparation, review, and adjustments as needed.
7.How should I prepare my files for printing?+
Please follow these guidelines:
- File formats: AI, PDF, EPS (vector) or PSD (high-resolution)
- Resolution: At least 300 dpi for sharp images
- Color mode: CMYK to avoid unexpected color shifts
- Text: Convert text to outlines to prevent font issues
- Bleed: Include 3mm bleed on all sides

12.How long does delivery take?+

13.Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Yes, before final approval, you may modify or cancel your order. However, depending on the progress (e.g., labor hours, material costs already incurred), a cancellation fee may apply.
Once printing has begun, no modifications or cancellations are possible, so please confirm all design and production details carefully before placing your order.
14.What delivery methods do you offer?+
We provide delivery throughout Taiwan. Shipping fees are based on location, package size, and order volume. For the Taipei area, we offer courier delivery or self-pickup options.
15.Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we can ship to designated overseas locations. International delivery will be quoted separately and may involve customs and import/export clearance coordination.
