1.Do you offer design services?+

Yes, we provide both graphic and structural design services.

Graphic Design: Layout design, visual planning, image and text composition
Structural Design: Packaging structure design, mockup testing, and refinement

We also assist with file preparation, review, and adjustments as needed.

2.How should I prepare my files for printing?+

Please follow these guidelines:

File formats: AI, PDF, EPS (vector) or PSD (high-resolution)
Resolution: At least 300 dpi for sharp images
Color mode: CMYK to avoid unexpected color shifts
Text: Convert text to outlines to prevent font issues
Bleed: Include 3mm bleed on all sides

If you're unsure, our team can help check and adjust your files.

3.Can I print using an RGB file?+

Printing uses the CMYK color mode, so RGB files may look different when printed. We can help convert and color-correct your file to ensure the print result closely matches your expectations.

4.Do you provide proofing services?+

Yes, we offer both digital and physical proofs. Turnaround is typically 2–4 working days, and some options may incur an additional fee.

5.How can I send large files?+

You can upload your files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or FTP (if applicable).
