1.What is the printing process after placing an order?+

File submission → File check & adjustment → Proofing (digital or press proof) → Plate making & output → Printing & finishing → Quality inspection → Delivery

2.How long does delivery take?+

The standard turnaround time is 5–7 working days. Certain products may vary slightly depending on complexity or specifications. Please contact us with your project details for an accurate lead time.

3.Can I modify or cancel my order?+

Yes, before final approval, you may modify or cancel your order. However, depending on the progress (e.g., labor hours, material costs already incurred), a cancellation fee may apply.
Once printing has begun, no modifications or cancellations are possible, so please confirm all design and production details carefully before placing your order.

4.What delivery methods do you offer?+

We provide delivery throughout Taiwan. Shipping fees are based on location, package size, and order volume. For the Taipei area, we offer courier delivery or self-pickup options.

5.Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we can ship to designated overseas locations. International delivery will be quoted separately and may involve customs and import/export clearance coordination.
